Katherine Ladd
LPC, LCDC

Katherine works with adolescents and adults navigating addiction, trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, codependency, and difficult family dynamics. She helps individuals understand how painful experiences, learned behaviors, and longstanding relationship patterns can influence the way they see themselves and connect with others.

Drawing from both her clinical training and her own experiences with healing and recovery, Katherine brings compassion, authenticity, and a deep understanding of the courage it takes to make meaningful changes. She utilizes Transactional Analysis, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients process past experiences, strengthen emotional regulation, establish healthier boundaries, and reconnect with their sense of self.

My Story

My own journey of healing and recovery has shaped the way I understand people, relationships, and the process of change. I know that healing is rarely a straight path and that sometimes the patterns we develop to protect ourselves become the very things that keep us feeling stuck.

Through my experiences, I have learned the importance of compassion, accountability, and understanding the deeper reasons behind our behaviors. I believe that our past experiences may shape us, but they do not have to define who we become.

Today, I bring that understanding into the therapy room. My goal is to create a space where you can explore your experiences without judgment, recognize patterns that no longer serve you, and reconnect with your authentic self.

I believe healing is not about becoming someone else. It is about finding your way back to yourself.
