We provide expert care for anxiety, stress, trauma, complex PTSD, ADHD, first-generation and multicultural identity experiences, pregnancy and postpartum changes, relationship struggles, self-esteem and perfectionism, parenting challenges, body image and eating concerns, mood and personality disorders, and depression. We tailor each session to meet your unique needs, offering evidence-based approaches and culturally responsive, trauma-informed care to help you reconnect with yourself, your values, and the life you want to lead.

Susana Muñoz

LPC, LMHC, Psychotherapeutic Yoga Practitioner

Susana Muñoz is a Licensed Professional Counselor, LMHC and the founder of Luciana Mental Health. Susana has been in practice for over six years and is dedicated to providing culturally responsive, trauma-informed therapy that helps clients reconnect with themselves and create lives rooted in authenticity, balance, and meaning. She integrates evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with integrative modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Brainspotting. In addition to her clinical training, Susana is a Psychotherapeutic Yoga Practitioner and thoughtfully weaves yoga and somatic practices into her work to help clients regulate the body and mind. She also holds advanced psychotherapy training in perinatal mental health through Postpartum Support International and is passionate about supporting parents in their transitions, healing, and growth.

Fluent in Spanish, Susana values providing accessible, affirming care to the Hispanic community. Outside of her practice, she enjoys spending time outdoors, being with her family, and engaging in creative arts.

Michael Gerardo

Michael is an empathetic and devoted therapist specializing in logotherapy, which emphasizes finding meaning and purpose in life. He is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy - Insomnia (CBT-I), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT),  and is a Certified Specialist in Anger Management. Furthermore, Michael has extensive experience treating substance use and addictions. 

With a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Texas Christian University and a Master of Social Work from the University of Arkansas – Fayetteville, Michael has a solid academic foundation that informs his practice.  

With a deep understanding of human behavior and a commitment to helping clients navigate their journeys, Michael creates a safe, supportive space where people can explore their thoughts and feelings.

Utilizing logotherapy techniques, Michael empowers clients to find purpose and meaning, even amidst adversity. Michael is passionate about promoting resilience and growth, helping clients develop coping strategies, and guiding them to a more fulfilling life. He provides competent, evidence-based therapy services to help his clients make the changes they desire.
