Walking alongside you
Therapy is a space where you can lay down what feels heavy and begin to understand yourself in new ways. I see my role as walking alongside you—bringing compassion, curiosity, and a sense of calm as you move through life’s challenges and toward healing. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, trauma and complex PTSD, ADHD, cultural and first-generation identity, pregnancy and postpartum transitions, self-worth and perfectionism, relationship issues and infidelity, parenting and cycle-breaking, eating and body image concerns, mood and personality disorders, and depression.
Women and Mothers
I support women as they navigate the many layers of identity that come with motherhood, career, relationships, and personal growth. Our work might include exploring burnout, emotional overwhelm, or the mental and emotional shifts that occur during pregnancy and postpartum. Together, we also look at intergenerational patterns and how to create a more balanced, authentic sense of self — one that honors both your needs and the people you care for.
Individuals in Life Transitions
Change — even when it’s chosen — can bring uncertainty, grief, and pressure to appear “okay.” I support clients through major life transitions such as career shifts, cultural identity exploration, relocation, loss, or relationship changes. Our work centers on grounding through transition, reconnecting with your values, and creating space for who you’re becoming next.
Individuals Recovering from Childhood Trauma
Healing from childhood trauma takes courage and care. I help individuals work through the lasting effects of emotional neglect, abuse, family dysfunction, and attachment wounds that shape how they relate to themselves and others. In therapy, we focus on building safety, self-compassion, and a stronger internal foundation, so that healing feels steady and empowering rather than overwhelming.
Couples
I work with couples who are ready to rebuild trust, strengthen emotional connection, and navigate ongoing conflict or betrayal. Whether you’re feeling disconnected, struggling to communicate, or trying to repair after a rupture, therapy can help you slow down, understand what’s underneath the patterns, and move toward a relationship that feels more secure and intentional.
